1. Eligibility

To use ye8's services, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Underage users are not permitted to use this service.
• This service does not apply to users accessing from restricted countries using advertising tools, VPNs, or foreign proxies.
• Each individual may only open one account. Opening a second account ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.
• You must register with accurate and complete personal information.
• The service must be used solely for placing your own bets. Placing bets on behalf of another person is not permitted.

ye8 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided. If a discrepancy is found, we may suspend or close the account.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Account Registration

When registering, you must provide your correct name, age, and contact details. Accounts opened with false information may be closed immediately and any funds in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share them with any third party. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] or through Live Chat. ye8 is not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party access.

2.3 Account Closure

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact us via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned through the same payment method used to deposit. If there are active bets or bonus funds remaining, withdrawals cannot be processed until those are settled.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

You can deposit a minimum of 3,000 Ks using our supported payment methods. Supported methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. Please enter the correct amount and payment reference in full. We reserve the right to reject any incorrect deposits.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used to deposit — you cannot withdraw via a method that was not used to deposit. Withdrawals are normally processed within one hour. Please note that verification checks may cause delays.

3.3 KYC Verification

We may request your name, date of birth, and identity documents ("KYC") on any withdrawal or at any time at ye8's discretion. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified period, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at ye8, you receive a 120% welcome bonus — up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw funds that include this bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, you must wager 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks before withdrawing. Second example — if you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks and must wager 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks before withdrawing.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be announced on the promotions page or through customer support.
• Each account may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Until the wagering requirement is met, you must continue playing as bonus funds are included — withdrawals are not available during this time.
• Withdrawal is only available once the wagering requirement has been met — the bonus does not expire automatically.
• Accounts found to be linked — sharing the same IP address, the same payment method, or identifiable as duplicate accounts — will not receive bonuses, and any bonuses already granted may be forfeited.

4.3 Promotion Changes

ye8 reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any announced changes take effect immediately on the website, and continued use after an announcement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Actions

The following actions constitute a breach of this agreement and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds —

• Placing bets using software bots, auto-clickers, or computer scripts
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the gaming platform to obtain funds
• Placing bets on behalf of another person while appearing to play personally
• Using the service to conduct money laundering ("Money Laundering") or fraud
• Opening a second or third account to claim additional bonuses ("Bonus Abuse")
• Attempting to satisfy the bonus wagering requirement by placing equal and opposing bets to offset each other ("Arbitrage Betting")

5.2 Game Decisions

ye8's decisions on game disputes are final. If you wish to dispute a completed bet, you must contact us within 24 hours of that bet being settled — submissions made after that will not be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

The logos, designs, software, game interfaces, and all written content on the ye8 website are the intellectual property of us or our licensors. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or referenced in any way without our prior written consent.

Games provided by our game providers ("Game Providers") are also protected by their respective intellectual property rights and may not be copied in any way other than through the normal process of playing the games.

7. Personal Data and Data Protection

We protect your personal information with SSL encryption and handle it only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree that your data may be used for service improvement, fraud prevention, and legal requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

ye8's services are provided "as-is" and we make no warranties or guarantees of any kind — including uninterrupted third-party service connections, server failures, or continuous availability.

• We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary suspension of our services, and our total liability shall not exceed our revenue.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised third-party access — including hacking or phishing.
• Activities that violate the laws of Myanmar are not permitted. Any consequences arising from a user's breach of the law are solely that user's responsibility.

9. Amendment of Agreement

ye8 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued access and play after changes are announced will be taken as acceptance of the revised agreement.

10. Responsible Gaming
